Cancellation and Refund Policy

In this one Cancellation and Refund Policy, we've rounded up the highlights from EsoZone’s Terms of Use to facilitate you by providing you with clear and accessible information about your rights and options when purchasing products from our site.
Our goal is for you to be informed and confident with every purchase you make.
Digital products
1. Purchase of digital products
When you purchase digital products from us (training, subscriptions or products from our store), please note that after completing the purchase you will not be able to withdraw or receive a refund (Terms of Use; Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act, which excludes the right of withdrawal for digital products).
2. Exception: Delivery problem.
In the event that your digital product is not delivered within 3 days due to a technical issue on our part, you have the right to request a full refund.
For this purpose, you need to notify us by email at eso.zone.way@gmail.com within 5 days of payment. We will refund within 14 days of receiving your message.
Services
1. Purchase of services
Once you have purchased services from us (individual sessions or packages) you will not be able to cancel or receive a refund as these services are tailored and delivered to your needs and individual requirements. (Terms of Use; Article 57 of the Consumer Protection Act, which excludes withdrawal from the contract for such personalized services).
2. Non-appearance or cancellation
If you do not attend the scheduled session or notify us of cancellation less than 48 hours before the session, no refund will be given.
If you inform us of a cancellation more than 48 hours in advance, we will offer you a new date and time once..
- If agreed, the amount you paid will be used for the new session.
- In case of disagreement, the amount will not be refunded.

Paid events
1. Right of withdrawal for paid events:
You can opt out of participating in an event until 14 days after purchase, by notifying us in writing. In that case we will refund 100% of the amount paid within 14 days after receiving the notification.
For this purpose, please fill in our Withdrawal form and send it to us by email:
If the event starts in less than 14 days from the date of purchase and you have agreed to this condition at registration, cancellation is not possible. If you wish, you can be offered to participate in another event.
2. If you cannot attend the event:
If you do not show up or notify us of cancellation less than 15 days before the event, no refund will be given.
If you let us know of cancellation more than 15 days in advance, you have two options:
- Attend another event at no additional charge.
- Partial refund: If you do not wish to attend another event, we can only refund 50% of the amount within 14 days.

Subscriptions
You have 2 options for canceling a subscription:
1. Under the terms of our 30-day money-back guarantee:
We offer a 30-day money-back subscription guarantee. If you qualify and submit a request within 30 days of purchase, we will cancel your subscription and refund 100% of the amount paid.
To benefit from our guarantee, complete our Claim form (Appendix No. 3 to the General Terms and Conditions) and send it to us by e-mail: eso.zone.way@gmail.com.
Exceptions:
- We cannot issue a refund if the purchase was made more than 30 days ago.
- A refund limit applies if you have already received one for the same subscription within the last 6 months.
2. Termination of subscription:
You can cancel your current subscription up to 14 days before its due date (renewal date). You will receive confirmation of the termination of the subscription, but it will practically take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
How to cancel a current subscription?
- Log in to your account on our site
- Find and click on the subscriptions section of your account
- Select the appropriate option for cancellation
If for some reason you are unable to do it through your account, you can contact us for help at e-mail: eso.zone.way@gmail.com or via our contact form and we'll unsubscribe for you.
Additional terms
1. Duplicate payments.
If you accidentally pay for the same product more than once, we'll refund the overpayment. Let us know within 24 hours after the purchase, and we will refund the money within 14 days.
2. Cancellation of events or services due to our fault.
If we cannot hold an event or service due to objective reasons (such as illness, technical problems or force majeure), we will offer you a new date. In this case, we do not refund, but we guarantee that we will find a convenient solution for you.
3. Products on promotion or with a discount
Products purchased at a discount or in a bundle are not subject to withdrawal, cancellation or refund.
