Purchase of services: Once you have purchased services from us (individual sessions or packages) you will not be able to cancel or receive a refund as these services are tailored and delivered to your needs and individual requirements. (Terms of Use; Article 57 of the Consumer Protection Act, which excludes withdrawal from the contract for such personalized services). 2. Non-appearance or cancellation: If you do not attend the scheduled session or notify us of cancellation less than 48 hours before the session, no refund will be given. If you inform us of a cancellation more than 48 hours in advance, we will offer you a new date and time once. - If agreed, the amount you paid will be used for the new session. - In case of disagreement, the amount will not be refunded.
